It’s an excellent place to stay The condominium is huge and has everything you need Besides, the host and guard were amazing with us! They were kind, flexible and helpful

Considero que ya podrían ir reemplazado muebles de sala y camas. Se nota que son de hace varios años y no son muy cómodas.

The room was clean and very nice. The 24hr security guard at the gate (only entrance) also made us feel very safe and secure. Lastly, the location was right off the main strip and within walking distance of all the good restaurants and bars.

Location is convenient and the price was reasonable.

There was a lot of maintenance being done which is both good and bad. I think the property is maintained well.

Over the years, I stay here several times but the quality has diminished over time. I found several areas that were unclean also I found the area of concern. I got the to join your Penthouse and the. Refrigerator looked like it was barely on a stand try to stay away from it. The staff came back 3 days later and accused Me and my group of damaging this refrigerator even though it appeared to be any position where it could fall at anytime. It was never identified in the original inspection. So to come back days later, I make accusations is parplexing.

The quality of staff has tremendously diminished over the years. It was a great place to lay my head. But considering how rude the staff was just really did something. One of the staff members started an argument very first day with one of my friends over nothing and rudely told him that if you don't like it, you can leave. In aspect, even if he was wrong to just rudely, say you can just leave. This is not good customer service. This person needs to learn how to diffuse certain situations.I work on her anger issues

Staff could be more respectful and learn proper mannerisms. Very rude people at the front desk reception office, the lady needs to be more compassionate and kind. WiFi was absolutely terrible, would not work at all, an added surprise guests: the cockroaches

the ladies in the front office are great to work with .they are very accommodating..

Great property, everyone is wonderful and helpful especially Alexa with helping coordinate your trip.
