Snug Cottage

Great staff, lovely breakfast, perfect location. One of my favorite places to stay in Ptown.

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage — it was incredibly comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and their thoughtfulness really stood out. They were gracious, inviting, and genuinely helpful when it came to local recommendations — from hidden gems to must-see spots, they clearly know and love the area. The space itself was cozy and well cared for, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restful and well-hosted getaway.

A beautiful historical inn with very comfortable rooms and beds and very welcoming staff and other guests. Living room, dining room and outdoor patios were charming.

Gary and Jared were terrific hosts. The cottage was quaint and cozy. There was a “make yourself at home” atmosphere. We’ll be back.

We had a lovely stay in Snug Cottage. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and so cosy. The hosts were relaxed, friendly and attentive. We loved spending the evenings in the communal lounge area in front of the fire, which was always kept lit for us. There were also plenty of snacks and drinks available which we appreciated. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Cozy place in an old historic home. Comfortable bedding. Small garden and a room for self serving breakfast. Staff super friendly

Being an old building, isolation is not perfect so you can here noises from other rooms.

Gary is a great host, and his team is very cordial. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and the privacy of our large and nicely appointed room. Great location.

Staff asked us what we wanted for breakfast and what they could accommodate. They did a nice job making us feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.
