"Nice hotel, good location, shame about the balcony"

A great hotel with a lovely roof terrace on top for breakfast.

I booked a room with a balcony but got a room without one. My initial booking couldn’t be accommodated so they reimbursed me. Fair enough, but I had booked a balcony because I wanted precisely that.
