Fair House Villas & Spa

The hotel was set in lovely grounds and kept very clean and tidy. The staff were most attentive especially DiDi, Kong and Boss. Some of the events put on in the evening were very nice but the food let it down a bit.

The pool area and bar was nice but dated. The pool could have been cleaned more often as there were often leaves, debris and green areas on some of the pool walls. The sockets to the jacuzzi looked dangerously close to the water and loose. There were a few tiles missing in the pool too There were limited options at the bar and the staff didn't seem to understand the drinks list that well. Much of the problem was most of the staff were very young and management didn't seem to be involved or certainly didn't present themselves to guests Some of the poolside sunbed covers looked a little old. No drawers in the rooms for any clothes, just a wardrobe. Clothes lived in the suitcase. Pretty poor. I think the place needs some TLC or updating around the beach / pool area. Otherwise it's a great place.

Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla, gebucht, jeweils zwei sind versetzt aneinander gebaut, die Eingänge komplett getrennt, vom Nachbarn hört man nichts. Das Bad war komplett renoviert, die Villa selbst sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist i.O. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des ganzen Personals - ein lieber Dank geht an Boss. Die Lage ist wunderschön, wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt.

The outside of the property is amazing. The nature is amazing. The staff is amazing, specially Boss that help us along our stay here.

We had a sea view garden villa. All villas are duplex and are separated by an interior door. You can hear absolutely everything the neighbors do and say. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired in our opinion. The room itself is large, only that at most I would give it maximum 3 stars. It is very outdated and needs renovation ASAP. The prices at the restaurant are very high for what they offer. I'm not saying that the food is not good, just that they charge prices that are not suitable for the quality and diversity of what is offered. The breakfast in 7 days was 90% the same. Despite this, we felt very good, the location compensates a lot with the nature and tranquility that this resort offers. The location is quite isolated from the center, about 10 minutes to the main street and about 30-40 minutes walk to Fisherman Village. Taxi costs around 8-10 USD/way to Fisherman Village, which is quite expensive for 3 km. For us this was not an obstacle because we rented a scooter for the entire stay and it was very easy to get around. But for those who do not know how to drive a scooter and who do not have a daily taxi budget it is good to know. The fact that it is isolated can be a good thing for those who want peace. Here they will find it.

Location was everything! Close to the best part in Ko Samoi fisherman village . The beach and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend the upper rooms with incretable view.

Before heading to to Thailand for the first time we spent some time searching the web, YouTube++ to find out more on where to go and where to stay. We ended up with choosing Kho Samui and our first week her we stayed at Fair Hotels & Villas. This hotel is very beautiful, with lunch green gardens, a big resturandand a delicate pool area. For us as a couple it was pure perfection as it had the quit, relaxed comfort and vibe. This is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying chill days. If you want more nightlife and options Fisherman’s Village is only like 10 min away / 300 Bath for a cab or you can walk if you prefer that. Boss approached us early an a our stay, and helped us with a lot of different needs. Very friendly, full of knowledge and helpful either it was for options on activities or if we had question regarding our stay. Unfortunately my husbond got sick one day( from bacteria/food outside of hotel!!) that situation can be quite uncomfortable. - but Boss was so helpful, organized with the rest of the staff so we got medicin, electrolytes, ekstra water for comfort. They all checked in on us several times that day - and even every single day after Boss and the others asked if we felt ok and if everything was ok now. This is beyond any service we experienced before, and it truly felt genuine that they had heartfelt care for us and wanted to know that we both was feeling health. Boss and Preawa, Joy, Dada, Stamp, Game & Strong ++ de other I can’t remember the name of (the guys in poolbar, the ones working at the reception, the buggy drivers, the man who helped people with surfboards, the guy we booked our dinners with ++) - they ut all truly made our stay exceptional! For me having celiac disease I felt in the best and safest care. They served men gluten-free bread for brekfast, when we attended the dinner buffé they showed me what I could eat (most of the food!!) and offered to make me glutnfree options of the courses I couldn’t try. This is really been a blissful and 100% relaxing vacation, feeling treated like a included familie and VIP’s at the same time - we highly recomend others to stay at this hotel! Thank you all for making our stay so great- we will love to come back another time annahver memories for life 🥰

I have been coming g to Thailand for almost 50 years and have stayed in countless places; The staff here are excellent and as good as if not better than where we have stayed. In particular Dada and the other waitresses were exceptional. Our main contact was with Boss who looked after us brilliantly We stayed in a pool villa which was great- nice pool,good bed, fantastic bathroom andvery private, but for oldies a useless pergola,poor lavatory and a sofa in the bedroom would have been welcome The grounds are well landscaped and the beach is easily accessible My only criticism is the absence of shuttle transport to the main road about 1000 metres away and I was surprised they didn't exchange foreign currency

Everything was excellent..the breakfast was lovely and the dinner was really good..the staff were brilliant and very welcoming

Nearest shop was a 10-15 minute walk down the road but it was fine
