Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre! Douche passable!

L emplacement,la literie,le petit déjeuner : très bien.Accueil très sympathique Malgré tout la chambre est vieillotte,il faisait trop chaud impossible de régler les radiateurs,le bruit dès 6h du matin fenêtres très ancienne en simple vitrage.

No service, very expensive breakfast, very old amenities, humid, dead insects in the sheets, spider webs, false information. And if you cancel your stay 24h hours before: you have to pay anyway. I had then to pay so I decided to "offer" my last night to a very nice homeless man. When he got there with the bill as a proof: he was refused the night. So I paid for a room a poor guy could not use. It is quite a shame.

Arrivée à 18h20 auprès d une porte fermée, aucun accueil, regrettable pour un hôtel avec étoiles !

Lovely French hotel, ideally located close to the town centre, beach and all the amenities. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great to have off road parking. Breakfast too late for Business travel.

The decor was very dated and worn but generally clean. The mini bar/fridge had 3 small bottles of water in it. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee making facilities or even cups. The shower over the bath was good but there was nowhere to hold up the shower head so we had to hold it in order to shower. We never had any contact from anyone from the hotel during our stay. No welcome and no goodbye. Small improvements could be made at least in customer care which would go a long way to making our stay more enjoyable.

Rien aimé dans cet hôtel, tout est vieu, mal entretenu, pas possibles que cet hôtel soit 3 étoiles. Absence totale de protection acoustiques entre les chamanes.

Terrible place run by terrible people. We arrived late due to a train delay and were locked out of the hotel. Wife and two very young children with me. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel. The next day, we explained to them (we speak French) our situation. They essentially told us that it was our problem and they charged us, anyway. They don't deserve anyone's business.

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel because it was so near the plage and the horses and all the beautiful things Deauville offers his visitors. We loved our coffee in the magnificant garden full of flowers. The breakfast was excellent with a the journal to read. theservice was very friendly and we love the way the monsieur did his job , the flowers, the coffee etc. we will be back next year, absolutely.

Fine accommodation, facilities good. Pity about us having a room at the front; traffic sometimes unbearable. Location, albeit a distance from the main boulevard, is in easy walking distance of the Deauville 'hot-spots'.
