自分は、出入りの激しい方だったけど、ほとんどの方が優しい対応で、話しかけやすかったです。

パジャマ・コインランドリー後の静電気が酷かった。掃除に雑さを感じた。対応できるコミュニティや部屋にも、コインランドリーとかの表示があると確認しやすいと思った。

スタッフの方は親切でした。

お風呂、洗面の蛇口が湯と水の2ハンドル式で温度調節がとても難しく苦労しました。ホテル入り口の階段、どうにかスロープがつかないものか、と思います。（帰りは荷物を下まで運んでくれました。）
