Rauhallinen hotelli ja hyvä sijainti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala. Sänky leveä ja siinä oli hyvä nukkua. Hotellilta sai tilattua lentokenttäkuljetukset.

The hotel has a classic, or old fashioned if you like, look and feel. This is visible in the general facilities (reception desk, hallways, waiting room etc.) and in the furniture of the hotel rooms. However, the quality of all these facilities and services is very good. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and well functioning. Very good beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. In the basement a varied and good breakfast is served, with plenty of choice and always multiple tables available. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the heart of Kazimierz with pubs, restaurants and foodcourts just around the corner. However, the streets where the hotel is located adjacent to are quite quiet, only a few people passing by at night. Conclusion: The hotel offers good value and quality for your money.

Świetna lokalizacja, w środku dzielnicy Kazimierz, wszędzie mnóstwo knajpek, street foodów ta dzielnica żyje całą noc i ma swój klimat. Hotel odizolowuje od gwaru ulicy, jest cicho i spokojnie. Personel bardzo uczynny i przemiły, pokoje duże. przestronne, wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka. Co dla mnie istotne oświetlenie pokoju optymalne, żadnego półmroku. Wyposażenie kompletne. Śniadanie w piwnicy do której zjeżdża winda. Mój następny pobyt również tutaj

Brak parkingu, może chociaż współpraca z innym parkingiem, przydałoby się bardziej urozmaicone śniadanie

Izby by bolo treba zrenovovať. Určite omaľovať steny a hlavne v kúpeľni vymeniť sprchové hlavice, neboli moc funkčné. A tiež by bolo treba častejšie čistiť odtoky zo sprchovacieho kúta.
