The hotel is deceptively large with very nice rooms on two levels. spa facilities off the main reception. There is valet parking so call ahead and ensure they waiting for you as it’s a busy street. Shower hot and strong, and all facilities good.

He estado varias veces en el hotel y el cambio de administración es una tragedia, personal indiferente, salvo para venderte tratamientos de spa, nos tuvieron 48 minutos esperando recibir la habitación, pusieron solo un jabón de manos, no pusieron jabón de baño ni shampoo, no hay cepillo o bomba de baño, quitaron los dispensadores de L’occitane y dan ahora jabón bastante corriente que deja la piel de las manos reseca. No le dan mantenimiento al aire acondicionado, hab comprensión, no sirve el aire acondicionado, no enfría, no la acepten, precio muy alto para la calidad de hospedaje, recomiendo buscar una mejor opción. Es triste ver cómo ha caído la calidad del servicio, lugar bonito pero ni siquiera limpian el mobiliario de Recepción, la mesa negra llena de polvo y los baños del lobby con mal olor, realmente lamentable, dudo mucho regresar.

Nowhere in The description was it told that this hotel is next to a nightclub/bar. The whole entire night only a wall separate our room to the noise. The sheets were dirty and the room furniture was really old. I changed hotels the second night to Casa Santiago Hotel. Still in the same location but way better!
