They charge lots of extra fees and will not refund them. Over 50 dollars on a 200 dollar total bill.

We checked in Saturday afternoon, day 1 tv not working, poorly cleaned, dirty towels. Day 2 tv still not working, poor customer service, nasty breakfast. TV issues never resolved and made to feel like we shouldn't have complained about any of the above issues. told we need to contact the 3rd party used for our discount for the room conditions. Will never stay here again.

First room we got had not been cleaned. No clean towels, bed wasn't made, and it smelled of smoke. Second room was ok. Elevator was very sketchy. Will nit stay again at this property.

The staff was friendly and quick with check in. The room was just right. I wish the bathroom sink had cold water and not just hot. Overall happy with my stay.

"It’s a no for me"

It was horrible, the hallways are filthy and smelly and the rooms are too. My first room smelled like cigarettes and incense so I asked to be switched, the second room wasn’t any better; with damaged furniture from the fridge, to the bathroom door, tv linen etc in
