"My stay was pleasant"

I liked the receptionist on night shift was very polite and pleasant. The atmosphere was good. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Carpets could be cleaned, furniture in rooms could be updated.

The bed was large and comfortable. The location was right off 270 so it was easy to go see and do things with friends.

The hallways smelled really awful like cigarette smoke and wet dog. There was an absolutely disgusting armchair in the room. The fabric pattern was all worn off. I doubt it had ever been cleaned. It rained really heavy the day/ night we stayed. This caused the ceiling to be leaking in the hallway. The fire alarm went off as we were packing up. We were told that it was a drill, but some warning ahead of time would have been appreciated to avoid panicking. I used to love staying at Quality Inns but the quality has really gone downhill and not just this location.

I did not stay my full booking. I have been fighting with booking and the hotel for over a month to keep from paying and additional day. I'm still trying to get this rectified. What in the world is going on. I'm going crazy. What do you do to keep from paying and additional day. Not to mention I was there for a funeral Had to leave because weather was getting bad. This is the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. Thanks a lot Ms. Brown at Quality inn on Dunn Rd in St Louis Missouri.

"Very dirty- horrible experience, no evidence of management quality control"

Ok location

Shower control not working properly, 1/4 water coming out of shower 3/4 out tub faucet -hole in ceiling above shower-large discolored dark area by the fan. - Fan cover filthy dirty-wall thermostat heat control didn’t have power and didn’t work-temperature control on heater didn’t work properly , too hot to sleep had to take covers off bed- sheets and comforter had cigarette burn holes in them- no microwave- hair dryer filthy dirty, couldn’t get it to work - 8:30 am after breakfast, card entry to room doesn’t work, couldn’t get luggage to go to airport, front desk staff on break
