Elevator needs improvement

My experience with Sarah, the manager, was very disappointing. Her customer service skills were unprofessional, unreasonable, and far below what you would expect in the hospitality industry. Based on my interaction, she is clearly not suited for a management role, especially in a business that relies so heavily on guest satisfaction. Stay away from This place. Avoid at all cost

I walked into the room and immediately began to itch. The furniture was filthy, as well as the carpet. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you are a lady of the evening. The decor was dirty, the furniture was something from the 1950s, and you could see the dirt in the furniture. I was not able to stay and had to cancel the room to find accommodations elsewhere

Dirty and in need of repairs, it took 30 minutes to get some eggs for the breakfast bar

Mildew curtains. No tooth paste tv not worrying properly blinds don't close. Plug ins horrible ice machine broke elevator hella scary basement smell like piss no chair in room no microwave towels weird 100 deposit

The location

Room smelled like mold and mildew, there was hair all over the bathroom, got fresh towels they had hair in them, the bathroom celine look like no one cared just sloppy work, the caulk around the tub was cracking, no microwave in the room, I've stayed here before when I lived in st louis, never had a issue like this staying in any hotel, then to find out they not taking cash anymore and you get charged 100 dollars when you book through booking.com never again will just sleep in my truck I was so disappointed and discouraged,

The staff was helpful but the mattress had stains and so did the pillows. We changed rooms but it was no better

The entire place smelled. Our room was very dank smelling, smelled like cigarettes and mold. The all's were dirty, the ceiling was dirty and peeling. There were holes in the wall where things had been removed, the phone didn't work. The shower curtain didn't cover the entire shower, so water leaked all over the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
