The hosts provided everything I needed - so much thought put into small details that I didn't expect for the very reasonable price. The bed was very comfortable, everywhere was spotless and breakfast was delicious , varied and plentiful. Good location near Peasholme Park and the North Bay but not far to walk through the town to the South Bay and Harbour area. Easy parking is available either on the forecourt or street. Charming Jo was very helpful making suggestions and giving directions. Thank you for a super stay. I'll certainly recommend to others.

Everything was good close enough to anywhere you wanted to be. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and really quick would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back again.

Delightfully unpretentious. Spacious room, great location near the beach and the Open Air theatre, quiet and friendly. Kettle, hot chocolate and cookies in room.

It would have been a 10 for me except one little detail missing. The room desperately needs black out blinds/curtains.
