The place is very close to the beach and the bikes were very helpful.

The property needs to be repaired from inside and outside, it’s very old and needs a lot of maintenance.

"A great value a short walk away from the Rome chaos"

Away from the super touristy part of Rome, but a 10 minute walk to a lot of sights and everything in Rome is 30 minutes by bus/train anyways. Trust me, you'll love it.

Not staffed most of the day, so if you have issues with your room or need extra towels/pillows/toilet paper/etc, you're kinda on your own.

The only nice thing is the garden and the location.

Old and tired room . Bathroom not maintained at all , Wc not cleaned from previous guests . Don’t worth the price at all .

"Un passaggio di lavoro"

Hotel situato di fronte al noto l’ovale storico “La Capannina” e quindi vicinissimo al mare. Camera confortevole anche se non fronte mare. Solarium al 4’piano che fa godere di una vista sul mare.
