1.Ample activities for kids. 2.The art/pottery classes are the best. The instructor is so polite and humble. 3. Hotel organised cup cake making classes and movie show for kids 4. The in-house kids fun zone is awesome 5. Gym is good and so is the gym staff 6.Swimming pool is awesome and so is the staff 7. Food is amazing specially north Indian dishes 8. Staff is awesome and they are very courteous and respectful. They are the unsung heroes of the total experience. Starting from the main gate darbann to the restaurant staff and even security guards. Everyone just wants to help you. Always smilling and sharp & yet polite.

1. I paid for a pool facing view and got a far left 8th floor room looking over some rooms balcony. It was a pseudo pool facing room but I still got charged The booking manager then offered a smaller room further higher up on 9th floor which was of no use. On being questioned he informed his junior " To straightaway refuse us" in a harsh tone. Doesn't suits a flagship hotels legacy. Hotel should stop charging for these views unless they are legit pool facing or offer as a free upgrade. I would recommend not paying for pool facing rooms at all.

More of a business hotel than a resort. Didn’t have resort facilities.

The ambience, pool and breakfast was very good. A good variety. After i was shifted to a refurbished room the overall service was excellent.

At the time of booking i made it clear that my room was be spotless and that the newly refurbished room be given to me. Upon check on i was given an old room. As I arrived late after a very long flight, I accepted the room.to my dismay the next morning my room was infested with bed bugs. It was a total nightmare. After complaining then only was i shifted with a lot of inconvenience and given the refurbished room. So why was the refurbished room not given from the onset when requested? Also, there can be no excuse for bed bugs crawling all over the show. The non refurbished ros should ne shit down and not offers to guests as the taps and bathroom is old. Taps have lime scale marks on, tiles are a dirty colour. Non of the bar fridges even get remotely cold. Ice buckets had to be placed in the bar fridge to keep it cold and then there is no place to keep anything else inside
