Redwood Inn & Suites

Had to pay an extra 100.00 for a cot and 1 extra adult for 2 nights. Now this room had 2king size beds and we were content with that but they said 2 adults and 2 children. Not use to this kind of service, usually accomadated by other hotels so was surprised. The front staff were not willing to work with us.

Nice hotel.

It was unfortunate that there hot tub was out of service and very unfortunate to be woken up at 3 am to the fire alarm (false alarm) and receiving No apologies for this unsettling disruption!

Great place north of gp so it feels safer.

It was a great stay, with clean rooms and great service. The breakfast was great as well, with plenty of options!

We love this hotel. The rooms are nice, clean, and well maintained. The pool, slide, and hot tub are great for our family. The staff are pleasant and polite.

Terrible experience, showed up at the hotel after driving 8 hrs. It was -20 out. Found out that the hotel only takes credit card for deposit….. no other options! They would not work out a solution, would have preferred that I slept in my vehicle in the cold and snow storm. I was able to book another hotel…….get this! No problem taking cash deposits and not problem giving my deposit back in the morning. Also discounted my room after knowing what I went through. Took 2 hrs to find this hotel after the harsh rejection at this one. They will never have my business or families business when we’re up in grand prairie for work trips. I did get refunded only partially
