Belle vue sur la mer et la proximité avec le centre ville est très agréable . La résidence est au pied de la plage ce qui est aussi très pratique...

Quelques odeur de canalisation parfois assez désagréable et manque de parking propre à la résidence. Le parking de devant est limité à 3h et il génère un va et vient en continue
