Das Personal, das am 2. Tag gearbeitet hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Selten ein so verratztes Zimmer gehabt: schimmeliges und kaputtes Badezimmer, der Teppich im Zimmer hatte 3 grosse Flecken, die Lage des Zimmers war im Hinterflur, man kam sich richtig abgeschoben vor, es hatte überhaupt nichts mit den Bildern im Internet zu tun. Da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, haben wir uns gefragt, warum wir ein solches Notzimmer bekommen haben. Der Rezeptionist beim Einchecken war total unfreundlich und danach verschwunden, so dass wir auch keine Möglichkeit mehr hatten, das Zimmer zu wechseln.

We didn't have breakfast. It is a little bit expensive for a breakfast.
