Alles Perfekt !

- Standort - in der Nähe der Schwebebahn-Endstation; - schöne kreative Dekoration auf einem gemachten Bett.

- Keiner ist auf Rezeption zu finden, wenn's benötigt; - Kein Aufzug. Das Erklimmen von 6 Treppen ist nicht sehr bequem, insbesondere mit schwerem Gepäck; - Es war mir unangenehm, eine Situation zu erleben, in der man eingeseift unter der Dusche steht und das Wasser im Wasserhahn für eine Weile verschwindet. So etwas habe ich in den letzten 30 Jahren nicht erlebt; - Meiner Meinung nach ist eine Spinne mit einem alten hängenden Netz im Badezimmer nicht der beste Indikator für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Es war sauber und dafür recht günstig. Die Medikamentendose mit den Süßigkeiten war eine kreative und lustige Idee für den Empfang!🍬 Das Bad hatte Natursteinboden. Insgesamt sehr angenehm und zu empfehlen.

Alle sehr freundlich, grosses ordentliches Zimmer, super Frühstück, viel Platz zum kostenlosen Parken, auch alle öffentlichen Räume schön eingerichtet und dekoriert

Für den Preis eigentlich OK, aber es gibt wohl ab 22 Uhr kein warmes Wasser mehr zum Duschen und morgens auch erst ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit (vermutlich 7:30). Das ist schon nicht so toll...

A bit difficult to get to because of road closures nearby

The room (superior double room) was very spacious, with a high ceiling. There was a generously large bathroom with a tub area, a shower area, toilet and sink. There was even a TV near the bathtub, although I had no time for that. The bed was large, comfortable enough, and had power sockets nearby to charge the phone or laptop overnight. The room had very decent WiFi (>= 60 MBits). There were a few extra chairs around the room.

If this one thing had been better, I would probably have not noticed many of the negatives: the breakfast. They charged me 18 EUR a day for a breakfast with hardly any options at all! At least the first day when someone came to check my room number (perhaps to check if I had booked breakfast), he also asked if I would like a warm freshly made bowl of scrambled eggs with bacon. That was good! The second day, someone did ask me about my room number, but then she did not ask what I would like. If the buffet was well stocked, personal attention would not be necessary. But there was only a paltry collection of a few different kinds of bread, some butter, marmalade and some sliced sausages. The usual pot where one normally sees scrambled eggs in hotels was empty, with a sign claiming that they like to make the egg dishes fresh for the guests. If only someone had been there to fulfill that promise! There was one kind of juice. There was a thermos with coffee, but that was empty the second day. And there was no one I could ask to remedy the situation, although it was a weekday around 8am! They charge an utterly ridiculous amount for this, which put me off quite a bit. And because of this, I couldn't help but note that there was no elevator. The neighbourhood is a bit short on eating options.There was no fridge or iron in the room. The door to the bathroom didn't close cleanly. I was alone, and wouldn't even care about a lot of these things. But a coffee-less, egg-less breakfast costing 18 EUR a day, tends to put you in a weird mood.
