Probably one of the best B&Bs in the world! Everything has a personal touch, breakfast is filling and delicious, plus Pat & Ron make you feel like you are staying with family or close friends. Hands down stellar stay!

Our stay was Amazing at the Osceola Mill House. Pat and Ron were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were always there for any questions or any of our needs.

Pat is a wonderful host and the house is lovely. We stayed in the burgundy room over a wedding weekend and found it a peaceful respite. Breakfast is wonderful and Pat always knows how to keep the convo easy and flowing. We will absolutely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The B&B was lovely, the breakfasts were delicious, and Pat & Ron, our hosts, were very personable. They graciously accommodated my gluten free restrictions.

Pat and Ron were amazing B&B hosts. As soon as we checked in, we were welcomed with such warmth. We stayed in fireside room with the nice fire place and spacious bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Each morning, they made delicious breakfast for us and made us feel like we were part of the family. The conversations were entertaining and the homemade pie was delicious! I would definitely come back!

If you are looking a quiet stay close enough to shops and plays, this is the place for you. Wide floorboard comfortable for bare feet, a wonderful breakfast (we had waffles from scratch and very tasty fruit) delightful conversations not to mention the cats lounging around the outside of the home all added to a relaxing ambiance that was just what we needed after some pretty crazy last few months/years. I went outside of the house with my coffee at 7AM to look at the fields and take a nice breath of fresh air and was greeted by all sorts of birds welcoming me. I then heard the clop clop clop of a buggy coming down the road; just perfect. We have already made another reservation a few weeks away; you should too.
