Osceola Mill House B&B

An absolutely wonderful and beautiful Bed and Breakfast to stay at! Ron and Pat are wonderfully friendly innkeepers and make you feel as if you are staying at a relatives/close family friends home. Breakfast was awesome both mornings and loved the conversations with the other guests staying at the B & B. The location is very quiet and is located next to Amish neighbors and close to all the sights to see in gorgeous Lancaster County. Both Ron and Pat have great stories to tell about the history of the B & B and about anything else you may want to ask therm.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience in a quaint, beautiful historic home surrounded by Amish neighbors and gorgeous countryside landscapes, this is the bed and breakfast for you! The Innkeepers, Pat and Ron are very gracious and accommodating. They are very familiar with the area, events and the Amish community....a great resource for those unfamiliar to the area. My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful bed and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience, especially the delicious homemade breakfast which included fruit cup, hot main dish, scones and a special dessert to complete the meal each morning! We thoroughly enjoyed sharing great conversation with other guests while sitting around the dining table as well. Great location, good access to surrounding areas, excellent hosts

This was a wonderful first B&B experience! I can't imagine it gets any better. Loved the room (fire side room), loved the property, love the breakfast! Everything was clean and welcoming!

Ronald and Patricia are excellent hosts. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property was well maintained and close to all attractions. Breakfast was to die for. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone visiting Amish country. The home is immaculate - beautiful inside and out.

Pat and Ron are a splendid couple and so warm and affectionate. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful two day stay at their home. Place is a 10/15 minute drive from the shops but is so quiet and tranquil. Loved it!! Their service was superb, as was their breakfast and delightful company. To give an example of their service - we kept some leftovers in the small fridge and around 9 pm the following night, decided to have them. Had to trouble Pat to check if we can heat the food and felt awful disturbing them as they were watching a movie. Not only did Pat step out and help place the food in some plates, she took them to their private kitchen to heat them and took the time to serve them with some napkins and utensils. She asked us to leave them once we are done and that she will take care of it. Touched with the care and affection they showed us. And Ron can keep you engaged with his fascinating experience with NASA, and his avid interest in planes. I missed talking to him about his high school football coaching. Darn. Will certainly be back just for that. :)

It was the first time I was ever in a B&B. What an experience. I felt right at home. Ron and Pat were both very friendly and offered ideas on things to do in the area.. I felt like I knew them all my life. The food was fantastic. My room was more than I expected it to be. I recommend there B&B to everyone I will see, especially my friends who want to stay in the Lancaster area. I'll be back to stay again.

The Osceola Mill House was the perfect inn for our getaway to Lancaster County! It has an idyllic setting, is beautiful and historical, and The Fireside Room was everything we could have hoped for our relaxing stay. Our hosts couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious! The homemade additions were the icing on the cake. We were wild for Pat's pears! We recommend this B and B for couples, families, or groups. It was perfectly set and the view across the fields was stunning. The relaxing atmosphere was a perfect antidote to our busy life. We will never stay anywhere else in Lancaster County!
