One train stop away from the city centre. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Shopping possible in the nearby mall.

It is too noisy in the inner yard. Early morning construction works begin but during the night people celebrate life at the patio. Acoustics is so good that you can hear talks from 9th floor. There is no air conditioner at all. It was really hot inside and it was not possible to open windows wide. During warm periods consider that.

Its location was close to the conference centre I was working at, so I could walk there every day. There was a green area nearby for walking/jogging. It was right beside Fields (a large shopping centre).

The rooms were very small. The bathroom even more so. The bathroom felt a bit like an airplane bathroom at times. The breakfast was okay but very basic, and there didn't seem to be a means to get coffee other than out of a tap. There is no air conditioning in the room and the outside temperature was late 20's celcius so that impacted on everyone's ability to sleep.
