Sehr schönes, großes Hotel mit tollem Personal! Vielen Dank an Lukas für den freundlichen Check-Out! So bleibt einem der Hotelaufenthalt stets in bester Erinnerung! Besonders toll fand ich auch die absolute Ruhe im Zimmer mit perfekter Isolierung und die hervorragenden Verdunklungsvorhänge.

Keine Minibar, bzw. kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das wäre gerade bei den aktuellen Temperaturen toll gewesen.

Struttura Moderna e confortevole, dotata di un ottima spa. Ristorante con una discreta scelta, ma orari un po' limitati. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Buona la colazione. Ampio parcheggio.

Lo staff non è particolarmente proattivo nel venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti: io e mia moglie una sera volevamo cenare in hotel ma già alle 21.30 ci hanno sostanzialmente detto che la cucina era chiusa. Ci può stare, ma da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto che almeno un hamburger in camera sia ordinabile, anche dopo una certa ora. Altra cosa: l'ingresso posteriore della struttura è chiuso la sera tardi, ma nessuno ci ha avvisato al checkin, pertanto una sera abbiamo dovuto fare a piedi tutto il giro della struttura dall'esterno per poter rientrare. Niente di drammatico per carità, ma è un tema di attenzione alla clientela che per una struttura di questo tipo sarebbe apprezzabile.

Закуската беше на ниво, богата и добре приготвена. Ние се храним специфично , но за нас също имаше богат избор. Персонала беше любезен. Много ни помагаше.

I liked the spa ( loved the place ) breakfast with many options ( Saturday Sunday very crowded) and the room was exactly as the pictures. Clean too

From the moment I entered nobody welcome me or tried to assist me with luggage or anything. People from front desk saw us many times around but no one spoke with a good bye or good morning or anything. The room was very far away to the elevator ( other side) but it’s ok it’s a big hotel.
