Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Luxury Villas - All Inclusive

Amazing

Lovely place. Clean and roomy. The only thing about my stay is I felt the check in process could have been more informative. I was refused help on a couple of things but all in all good place.

My whole family stayed for 5 days. Teenagers and adults. It was very nice, clean, and well manicured lawns. We had an all inclusive package. The only problem we ran into was that they did not have liquor/beer in the villa itself. As we have had in other all inclusive resorts. You had to call room service, and you could only order One or the other. And because it was two adults we could only have two beers per adult or one bottle of wine or one bottle of champagne. You would have to wait 45 minutes before you could order again any alcohol. And the only other complaint I had was after you were done with room service, there were dirty dishes that sat till the next day or until you ordered room service again. But other than that the Villa is beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good at the restaurant we ate at. Also be prepared if you are using and all inclusive package to tip. Again at other inclusive I have stayed at you tipped once and that was Sufficient. So make sure you have enough cash to tip the whole time you’re there Or you can charge the tip to your room.

The property is great overall. If you dont want to leave you really dont need to. There are plenty of options for food all day long so you alwasy have options. Monticristo is seperated from the hotel so you do need to take a shuttle over to get dinner then you need to take a buggy to your final desination for dinner which when its busy does take a while.

Enjoyed our villa at Montecristo Estates. Wish there were more dining and entertainment options throughout the resorts.

Stayed at Sunset for first 4 days and the Villas for the last 3 days of our honeymoon at Pueblo Bonito. Loved having our own pool and hottub for the last 3 days where we could very much just relax and recover in complete serenity before heading home. The villas are ginormous and gorgeous and has a full kitchen with everything you could want. Also had TV's with real remotes so we could hook up our own smart devices for Netflix/hulu at the end of the day which we really appreciate. The shuttle service is very necessary and we never waited too long. Also Marco the driver was really awsome and remembered our names and conversations and a real pleasure to interact with.

The pictures don’t truly show how beautiful this villa is. We loved our vacation and will definitely be back.

Our Family absolutely loves staying at Monte Cristo. We feel spoiled and relaxed. Sunday Brunch is like no other. The Market is a must. Public pools are full of fun and activity. Private pool in each unit is priceless.
