Chambre insalubre remplie de cafards a déconseiller fortement

Great price and lovely helpful staff. Close to everything and a five minute walk to beach. If you are not bothered about five star luxury then these little apartments are perfect. Would definitely book again.

Wir haben ein super großes Appartment (Nr. 212) gehabt. Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, SItzecke, Tisch, dazu zwei Schlafzimmer, alle Räume hatten eine Balkontüre zum sehr großen Balkon mit TIsch und zwei Stühlen. Die Lage war gut, es war immer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. An der Rezeption wurden wir immer sehr freundlich behandelt und man hatte immer ein "Buenos Dias" und ein herzliches Lächeln für uns übrig. Leider hat das Apparment den Mangel an den Putzkräften. DIe Küche war ziemlich unsauber, die Schränke seit Monaten nicht abgewaschen, das Geschirr hatte einen öligen FIlm, wir haben erst einmal alles selbst gespült. Vor der Türe war seit langem nicht gefegt und auch im Apparment war es nicht sehr sauber. Schade, aus diesen Appartments könnte man wirklich mehr machen. Dennoch, uns hat es gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen. Allerdings sind Putzlappen und "Fünf gerade sein lassen" notwendig. Entschädigt wird man mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und Betten, die leider quietschen.

The apartment is perfectly located: 5min from a small (but cute) beach, close to a bus stop (that takes you to Palma and to the airport in ~35 min) and across the street from a supermarket. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. It's a quiet neighborhood and I appreciated the absence of noise.

Lägenheten hade en mycket låg standard. Obekväma sängar med filtar som det var brännmärken i. Möblerna var mycket slitna med brännmärken och trasiga på sina ställen. TVn saknade kontroll. När man duschade rann det vatten in i badrummet. Väggarna till "grannar" var supertunna och man kunde höra vad det sa, både dagtid och mitt i natten när de skrek på varandra. Personalen i receptionen hälsade inte när man gick förbi och fanns inte heller tillgänglig förrän kl 10 på morgonen. Balkongen var ok, men vistelsen på Martas får mycket lågt betyg!

Apartamento con lo justo. Está todo muy viejo y poco cuidado. La piscina sucia y verde y la limpieza justita en general. Lo mejor la ubicación, servicios cercanos y facilidad para aparcar.

Did exactly what we wanted & expected Will use again

Read several reviews and was quite worried as to what to expect! Didn't look much from outside but apartments were spacious clean and staff very pleasant! Only downside was not enough sunbeds by the pool which is easily rectified as enough space for many more! Great value for money and would defo stay again!

Hemos estado muy cómodos i tranquilos. Bien situado i personal agradable.
