Friendly , helpful staff. Excellent firm bed. Great facilities.

The pool is not deep for proper swimming just cooling off.

Room was clean

The only "window" to the room (actually more like a free standing bed sit) was the double glass sliding door entry. So in terms of privacy you had a choice of either your whole room being visible to the central property area or to have the curtains closed which gave you privacy but then the room was fully enclosed with not even a glimpse of sky. Furthermore the curtains which closed in front of the glass doors did not meet in the middle so someone could easily stand at the door and look inside. I managed to go and source some laundry pegs to hold it closed so that I (solo female traveller) could get changed etc without being visible. Also a long way from town with no uber so if you don't have a vehicle it was tricky.

Rooms were comfortable and had attractive planting around it and the site. Walking distance to the botanical garden and a nice walk into the town. Access to the golf club for drinks and food was really useful

Well maintained rooms with kitchenette and utensils. Practical amenities in the "kiosk" section as town is a bit far. Being next to Doubletree gives us food options. Quiet location wiht birdsong waking us up not car noise!

Couldnt block the light off completely at night even with curtains closed. TV was tiny an couldnt operate without getting close to read the menu options Suggestion: Also too many non native trees in the property, plant more cycads and ghost gums instead :-)
