Amazing Views! Staff were kind and very helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. The view was breathtaking! To get that stunnning view the location is on a hill so my calves got a workout but the cabs in the area are quick and cheap. The staff were great and accomodating and the apartment was lovely. Highly Recommended!

A very lovely 2 bedroom with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walkable (down hill) to restaurants and shopping on main road. However going back to your room, you will be walking up 2 steep hills. My husband had to uber up which is totally fine. Ubers are definitely cheaper than a taxi. Thank you to Lee at the reception office who was so kind and helpful. She will drive you up to your room upon arrival with your luggage. We ate dinner at KC’s bar and grill and we enjoyed their food.

Loved the views, infinity pool and comfortable decor but 0wouldve loved more privacy. The indoor spa was good but being on a bottom leveI we couldn't utilise it with the views.

Privacy and quietness is a big issue for us, so when we got the apartment on the bottom overlooking the affinity pool it took a bit of adjustment. We managed but felt the need to keep the curtains drawn or a makeshift curtain to let in some light, which blocked those marvelous views as the bed and bathroom could be seen from the pool during the day.

Our stay at pinnacles was exceptional. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature with the best view of Airlie Beach and Islands. Apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Very nice bathrooms and good size bedrooms with views. Easter eggs for the kids, cheese and crackers for the parents, a nice touch. Communication was great and so was the discount card for tours. But, be prepared for a steep walk to apartments, but worth staying here for the views and pool. Awesome. We'll be back.

The infinity pool was amazing, apartment very very large and clean and staff were lovely and accomodating.

Nothing, (well maybe walking uphill but worth the views). This is our second stay.

The view was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable

The kitchen & appliances were a bit dated

No hot water for a few days of the stay
