The exterior area and pool are super well maintained and parking is very secure.

The apartment itself did not feel clean. The bottoms of our feet would get black when we walked around barefoot inside.

Eigener nummerierter Tiefgaragenplatz, der auch noch durch ein Tor gesichert war.

Dass das Hotel ziemlich genau in der Anflugschneise eines Flughafens liegt, haben wir bei der Buchung nicht gewusst, aber das hat uns auch nicht wirklich gestört. Aaaaber, dadurch, dass wir im zweiten Stock wohnen durften und es keinen Lift gibt, durfte ich unsere zwei Koffer mit jeweils 25 kg Gewicht über genau 50 Stufen aus der Tiefgarage drei Etagen nach oben schleppen. Deshalb sollten Sie vor der Buchung nachfragen wo sie untergebracht werden und wenn es, so wie bei uns, der zweite Stock ist, dann verlangen Sie einen Rabatt, den sie dann vielleicht einem starken Mann als Trinkgeld geben können, damit der ihre Koffer hochträgt!!

Location is ideal. Shops, park, walk/bike track, restaurants, beach access, close to fishing spots, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and much more. Secure, gated entries all the way round. Pool and Gardens are brilliant too.

Due to its age probably, there are no lifts, and can be hard if on 3rd floor. And entry's to all stairways are a bit if a labyrinth. Some rooms could do with a lick of paint and TLC too.
