"Great location in an excellent destination, very comfortable stay."

Welcoming staff, pleasant environment, good pool. Great location, close to restaurants and cafes, and shops. Short walk to 4 mile beach in one direction, and the marina in the other. Port Douglas is a fantastic place for a relaxing stay, with added attraction of Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Forest, Mossman Gorge, etc.

The shower over the spa bath required one to be agile, and it would not be suitable for anyone of shorter stature or with any mobility difficulties. There is no lift, so be prepared to potentially carry your suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs. The entrance is also up a number of stairs. Not a problem for us, but being mindful of others.

"Fabulous room with large balcony in perfect location"

Central location, close to restaurants, shopping & walking distance to the wharf. The room is small, but the balcony felt like a large room in itself. Our top floor room had a large balcony with all the kitchen amenities & deck chairs overlooking the pool. Clean room with large comfortable bed. Spa bath in the bathroom. Noted some rooms had spa on the balcony.

Lots of stairs, no lift. Recommend if you have mobility or health issues, you may want to consider a different accommodation.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was amazing.

No lift. We had to drag cases up 4 flights of stairs
