The Landmark Resort Nelson Bay

Ample parking, would like to know the Hotel's Emergency contingency plan. We got caught to the storm, the Hotel did not have power for 2 days. The Hotel did not have a Plan B. The customers had to fend for them selves, there was no information was shared for the hotel residents when there was a situation. I was with my 2 kids, it was quite challenging, when lifts were not working, we had to walk down 3 levels with bags, to get to our car to load the car to leave the premises.

Clean property with a nice pool area and helpful staff. That's not too far from the shops and a decent room size with a balcony.

The property was clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to shopping and dining places.beautiful view of the Bay Area from the balcony.

We had a power outage the whole time I was there which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The after hours helpdesk were not empathetic at all. I was there for work and could not use my computer call my phone as the battery died and could not charge anything

Convenient and comfortable

The rooms were very poorly cleaned… our biggest concern was hygiene. Really disappointed with this

Central to Nelson Bay. Plenty of parking. Clean room, well fitted out. Fairly quiet room location but it was a lengthy walk from the lift and back to the carpark. I'm fit and healthy, but someone older may not be as happy about the walking.
