The main foyer is a welcoming place after a long journey to a new City. The dining area/lounge is comfortable and the all hours coffee machine and big screen TV a welcome addition. It is comfortable being outside also in the morning for breakfast. The bungalow has all you need including storage for unpacking and the bed is very comfortable. The verandah is great being in amongst the glorious garden making it secluded. The pool area is big and has plenty of seating and is very well maintained. Palm Springs is a very short walk to the main cafe strip and shops, plus the Visitor's Centre and the Waterfront. The staff are helpful and polite and well presented.

Palm Springs offer daily housekeeping which is good as towels, shampoo etc are replenished with tea and coffee. For the cost of staying I believe the bathroom should be cleaned.daily...which mine never was....and the sheets changed after 3 nights. The accomodation I use regularly in Perth W.A. for one third of the price per night....cleans the bathroom each day!!!! Just a comment as value for money. The bathroom is modern as is the bungalow.

You could have more variety of eggs at breakfast. eg. fried or poached.
