The location.

Had to wait an hour on arrival for my room to be ready. When I finally got to my room there were mould spots on the roof in front of one of the air conditioning ducts. The vent cover in the bathroom was filthy. There was a thick mat of coarse black hair over the drain in the shower. There were patches of the same coarse black hair in several places on the floor in the bedroom. It was disgusting.

Room, location, cleanliness, access etc was all great. Loved the coffee in the morning and sitting by the window at the pool reading my book.

My only issue was the lac of breakfast options in the small cafe, the lady working the cafe was AMAZING, so I tipped her, then learnt that the tips don't go to her. They go to the hotel...

Clean, comfortable and very secure.

We had an apartment overlooking car park and an adjacent apartment complex. The photo of the complex suggested that it was sorounded by water. Best to ask for an apartment with water views.

Under ground parking was available as described

Room 1- Washing machine spin cycle did not work. Called after hours to report problem whilst stayed up drying work clothes until 11:45pm. Called front desk following day while at work to ensure the problem has been fixed or a new room supplied. Repeated room number and name to reception twice and was Told yes it is all fixed. (I'm confident they would even have the conversation recorded for "training purposes" Return back and begin to wash work clothes and towels etc. IT WAS NOT FIXED. Back to wringing out clothes in the bath tub :( Room 2 - I was moved to 2 bdrm apartment around 7pm and told not to enter the second bedroom or bathroom as they are off limits. TV in bedroom hanging off the wall and not working. Very old beaten down Fridge that looked like it was purchased off gumtree or a local yard sale with paint missing from old magnets, tag n test sticker on the side from 2019. At $365 per night for a 1 bedroom apartment it grades more like 2.5 star instead of 4 star
