Was close to trams, shops, restaurants. Was spacious. The after hours key collection worked well.

Few housekeeping problems . Nothing major and will report same to property. Also has building going on right out front balcony of another property being erected. Was woken every morning at 6 am when they start work. It will be a shame when that property is built. Will block view of ocean and take all sun off the Wave. The wave is 34 stories tall… hopefully top floors might be above whatever is being built… but as the current trend is bigger and better… probably won’t be. A shame. But this property is very central, and nothing takes away from that.
