Great location and facilities.

We didn’t not like anything but the check in was entertaining from our perspective (instructions were good). No instructions how to walk out or in though we did work that bit out and made sure we passed this detail onto colleagues who were staying at the same location.

It is a very spacious apartment and we had a queen bad with 3 bunk beds, so we can fit in 5 people. The room, floors, bathroom, kitchen are clean. In terms of kitchen, unfortunately they did not have chopping board (maybe for hygienic reason as they can grow mold) - that is the only downside of the kitchen. There is also a reserved car park with code access though it is hard to park if you have big SUVs (think Ford Ranger/ 4WD utes/Fortuner etc). But if you have a normal station wagon (like Holden Captiva type of car - it's not difficult to park in the basement). Location wise, it is awesome. There is a next door ice cream parlour that is crowded, a hotel/bistro that looks quite popular with visitors, basically this apartment is right in the heart of Cowes. Opposite to the apartment is the beach! So if you want to play, jump in. When you are cold, jump out and walk for 20 seconds and you're back in your apartment - so convenient! I also think they have really good security, you are given a swipe key and room key plus the basement parking access code and if you need help, you can also use the intercom to security. Furthermore, if you are looking for a quiet apartment stay, this is the best one. They have a really strict policy for noise so I am grateful of this. The apartment next to the hotelbistro looks extremely noisy and I value my sleep a lot! So at the end of the day, I give this place 9.5/10.

The balcony's table, chairs and floor were dirty/dusty when we arrived, like no one wiped it at all for 3-4 days. Also, I noticed that there is no clothes airer at all, or did I miss it? I assume it is normal that a beach apartment would have one, since people will swim a lot and hang the swimming clothes/towels to dry to jump back in so a simple - foldable clothes airer would be great.
