Underground carpark

The manager and her complete lack of empathy due to a death in our family cutting our stay short by 5 of the 6 nights. Being told "I'm running a business " was heartless and uncaring with no intention to help us move dates forward before we had to leave for a funeral. Told there was no availability when there was online. A rude and very sad end to our holiday. I would not recommend this property for more than just this issue.

The location was walking distance to the beach and pubs/clubs. There’s also a tram stop in front of the main entrance that connects you to everything. The apartment was clean with 2 balcony and a very cool view, internet was fast. Free carpark in the basement. Great value for money overall!

The swimming pool was very clean but the jacuzzi was not working.

All good, nothing wrong

The location was excellent, straight outside the tram station and down the street from the beach. Being outside the tram station meant easy access to key areas like Cavill Avenue and further to the theme parks. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The amenities supplied with the room were few, which we found ran out very quickly. Basics like salt and pepper, hand soap and more dish washing liquid would have been nice.
