Parking was good. Receptionist was very helpful.

We had a concern about noise. Called the reception and a security guard was sent to see what the noise was. He stated that he didn't know but would go to the floor above and check it out. We waited to hear but recieved no notification from anyone. Had to call again, spoke to the manager. The fact that there was no courtesy call to us made me angry. No consideration to your guests.
