The room was super clean but the window was bathroom’s window was broken! Everything but that was very good.

location was nice and facilities too

We had a great stay here. The room was freshly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities around the property were well maintained, and the new playground was a real highlight for the kids. There was an issue with our booking due to a mix-up between Expedia and the accommodation, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They organised a great alternative for us straight away and made the whole process stress free.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times I was truly impressed by the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s name, but I would like to give a special mention to the lovely French lady at the restaurant who made sure I could enjoy my curry without any spice, the kind English lady who picked me up from the airport, and Yvonne, who kindly arranged a very late check-out so I could rest and recover from a cold before heading to the airport. The rooms are spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The only thing I missed was having a standard window, as I preferred not to leave the curtain open on the French window for privacy. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel — the care and attention from the team truly make a difference!
