Good location

Everything else is fine. The floor is not vacuumed every day and is not particularly clean

Got nothing for the amount paid currently staying in mackay for half the priceand offering twice the service. My total review very very poor for 375 dollars. And the smell was unbearable sorry you wont see us again. And i will be telling others

Right next door to a bottleo

Always a great place to stay, service and staff are always friendly. Food in the pub always good.

Walkable to the bus station and harbour if you are taking a catamaran cruise! Also many restaurants near by to choose from!. The shower was tucked around a corner but not super private might be one drawback.

Curtains did not close properly and a lot of light came through. Very noisy. Shower ledge was very dusty and someone else’s razor on it

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. Great location close to everything.

This was a fantastic place to stay. There are so many restaurants close and our room had a great view. The pool area was quite nice as well. The bar area was a little loud and rowdy but it didn’t bother us at all.
