East On Byron Bay Apartments

Location &cafe was amazing!

Unit 29 was incredibly noisy .. 5:30 am bins were being moved past our room.. very early morning it was very noisy from upstairs area! We were put in a disabled unit which was a bit rough .. So value for money was 5/10

The apartment felt spacious and all the homely feels and facilities we needed for our stay. It was so quiet but only 15min walk into town.

Exhaust in bathroom appeared not to work so steamed the room up. Needed pool /spa access a little earlier maybe 8am

Fabulous accomodation away from over busy main Byron. Very spacious. Beautiful beach across the road & amazing food options at the doorstep. Lovely welcoming staff. It’s a bit pricey for short stay when don’t need all the indoor & outdoor cooking options. However would return for the area’s lay back atmosphere & fab restaurants without having to get in the car

Lots of stairs if allocated upper level rooms. Would have liked choice in advance for ground floor. Bedroom faced bin & delivery area so could be noisy at times but not a deal breaker. Internet on the weak side.

The unit needed better cleaning, there was a lot of dust that had been gathering for quite a while in the main floor bedroom and the floors looked like they needed washed and not just swept. The screen on the one window had several large tears and there did not appear to be any attempts to fix the tears, other windows didn’t even have screens. Cockroaches were an issue and the manager tried to tell me that they are “just a nuisance, not a health issue”. I don’t appreciate people trying to mislead me. They did provide us with can of spray however, when I requested it
