Hotel Laguna

It was a lovely stay, older style but well looked after and so clean. The location is worth the spend, so many people head into noosa it can become overwhelming but you’re tucked down the end with its own beach access near by

The aircons became a little much, so we turned those off for most of the stay. Otherwise couldn’t really fault the place at all.

Location was excellent. Pool was good. Grounds were in need of attention.

For a 7 night stay we two adults were given 1 bath towel each, 1 very small hand towel and a bath mat. No face cloths. 3 days after our arrival these were changed for new ones. I asked at reception for 1 extra bath towel each so that I could launder the used ones. I was charged $6. Given that we paid $4,500 for the 7 nights this was ridiculous. The unit had a partially tiled floor which the cleaners must have sprayed with something rather than washing the tiles. They were very slippery for two senior citizens. There were no insect screens anywhere and no extractor fan in the bathroom.

I liked the convenience of being so close to everything, the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants

It was clean and had everything we needed

Location was right in the center of hasting street, the room was modern, updated and comfortable, it was a studio suite however provided facilities for cooking. the pool was easy to access and not far at all.

When it rained the stairwell being opened it was slightly slipping so needed to be cautious when going up and down the stairs other then that there nothing else

Glad it was free but we weren’t guaranteed a park. Wish we were allocated a parking space.
