Not as clean as my standards and for the price Kitchen cupboards need an update, there was ground on grease and dirt around the hot plate edges. Outside of the bath was coming away from the actual tub. Dining table and chairs also could do with an update

Excellent apartment and facilities with breathtaking view and rooftop relaxing area.

This review relates to apartment 203 at Oceans. When we arrived, floor was dirty, I had to clean my toilet and the dining room table runner was caked with food and crumbs. All the air vents in the main living space and 3 bedrooms were filthy and never been cleaned by the look. No hairdryer. We had two towels each for the 7 nights and had to use one as a pool towel. Only toiletries provided were one inch square of soap each. the washing machine was broken and had to be replaced, the induction cooktop had to be fixed but then only worked on the hottest setting which meant we triggered the smoke alarms the first and only time we used it. The BBQ was absolutely filthy and we could only get one jet to work anyway. so for the first 3 days we had repairmen in and out. No apology. No compensation. It ruined our holiday. To make matters worse, we noticed the apartment being advertised for about $400 less than we paid for it. The location is good - I imagine the other apartments at Oceans are better than apartment 203 and they were serviced daily too. We weren't. Be warned.

We absolutely loved our stay at Oceans! 10/10 location to the beach, Main Street and local supermarket. Each room has a balcony that overlooks the ocean - it’s so beautiful to wake up to! The room was clean and fully equipped with modern facilities. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too hard - they made the effort to have our room ready a bit earlier and gave us a late checkout to align with our flights. The pool area was so great for our toddler - with a smaller shallow pool for him to play in, alongside the main pool and spa. The pool has full sun for the whole day - which is another bonus! We will definitely be back.

Location and felt very connected to the beach. Great pool. Liked the gym. Liked lots of eating options nearby. Clothes Washer and drier in unit was handy.

Not much not to like. Paid coffee capsules was a bit odd. Hotel may like to consider making those free. We were on one of the lower floors. Street cleaner noise early hours may bother some people.
