Oceans Mooloolaba

I can honestly say that the 3days we were there was absolutely amazing.From the 12 red roses that was organised by my partner that oceans staff organised and put them in our suite I can’t thank them enough it was a beautiful surprise and might I add that when we checked in no one let on.The suite that we stayed was beyond amazing so clean the beds are Devine.Julianne at reception is absolutely an asset for Oceans so friendly and nothing is too much trouble even organised us a late check out.I will give a score of 10/10 just love going there.

Very nice, sophisticated design and feel - a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay. We loved the ocean view, and ability to have an indoor/outdoor experience with the sliding glass above the pool.

Small thing, but the computer controlled entertainment system was a bit slow at times.

Location, Facilities, Spaciousness, View

Only criticism is that the room had a very hi-tech TV system which required an I-pad app to run it. Ours glitched and logged out just after reception had closed and we had no TV until the next morning. Re-boot instructions would be really useful in this situation.

The pool area is amazing with plenty of room. Staff were excellent as was the location. The apartment was just lovely also.
