Peninsular Beachfront Resort

We originally booked a 1 bedroom apartment but with our small toddler, they quickly realised on check-in that this was not going to be sufficient - and were kind enough to find us a 2-bedroom upgrade (AND PROVIDED AN ACTUAL COT.. not just a portacot.. amazing!) The photos/info on Booking.com also did not match what we thought was to be a ocean view apartment. The location was amazing and the staff were extra welcoming.

Level 2 street noise: I feel the seals around the windows need replacing, as even though our windows were shut, you could hear everything/everyone very clearly.. even at 1am. SO BRIGHT: The blinds in the ocean-facing apartments also need added blockout curtains - it is extremely bright due to the fairy lighting on the outside trees on the council strip. Not the hotels fault, but needs curtains to combat.. felt like daytime at 1am.
