"I won't be back!"

Salt water pool Nice white towels and linen. The cleaning woman was very obliging.

Very very noisy location in between two bus routes. Boy racers and motorbikes all hours of the night. And Friday night, the boy racers were shocking. HARD bed. No lift, but I knew this when booking. Elderly people would struggle with baggage. There are no instructions in the apartment regarding pool towels. After use each day, I put the towel back in the same area where I had taken them. Last day I went to get a pool towel but none there so I asked for one. The manager had deliberately not put any out to catch the very naughty person who had been using one towel every day. I was then told she's not there to wash my towel every day (and as i was staying for 5 nights, one towel for the entire stay), and she said she should have charged me for using a...pool towel!! $NZ270 a night and wanting to charge me for using a towel at the pool!!! This manager would do well to go to an Asian country and see what hospitality is all about!!!
