Arrived to our room door being open - not a great start. Room was in need of repair. Many lights didn’t work, globes blown. Switches were cracked, not safe! Toilet sliding door in SERIOUS need of repair; sliding off rails and needing huge effort to open. Towels smelt dusty and definitely not freshly laundered - yuck! Can’t comment on staff because we saw none! Reception CLOSED for entire long weekend. Who does that?! No dining facilities. Very poor service and facilities therefore rating commensurate.

Room smelt musty, property needs the gardens tidy and the motel room need carpets removed and rooms painted and plumbing like taps up dated

Bed uncomfortable. Noisy. Expensive restaurant.

There was no cooked breakfast as expected and the continental brefast was not advertised on the booking site. And it was stale. We had a 10% discount on meals that did not exist as the kitchen was closed on Sunday

Room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Secured gate, felt very safe at night! Pool was clean and comfy with long chair etc … Coffee in the morning was really good. Highly recommended. Loved my stay at Bluestone

Room a bit too dark

Dirty carpet, could have done with a vacuum. Fridge seals were stuffed causing ice around the perimeter of the fridge door. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff were nice.

No hot water Roaches undr the blanket Could feel every spring in the bed Pillows that flat may as well have not been there. Would have been better sleeping in the car.
