Bluestone Motor Inn

The room was quiet, huge with a very comfy bed which was exactly what I needed after a long drive from Darwin. The room was private and I could park my car under cover right outside the room door. Fantastic

It was a bit disappointing that the property didn’t pre-cool the room for my arrival as it made sleeping difficult given the outside heat. Everything else was perfect

The place is filthy and in disrepair. The room was dirty, tired and missing basic amenities like milk. The towels were thin and thread bare. The room had an awful faecal smell and the carpet was heavily stained with urine and faeces. There was mouse and lizard poo on all surfaces. It is outrageous to charge $275 per night. Not worth $50 per night. The restaurant was closed despite them sending me vouchers to eat there.

Everything. The rate, the cleanliness not only of the room but the entire facility. If you advertise a restaurant to be open, then it needs to be open. After driving for 10 hours I did not want to drive around looking for food. Shameful property

Location proximity to town, staff were helpful and pleasant. Beds comfortable enough - clean linen.

The rooms we had were a little on the nose, there was no soap in shower or basin for the entire week - (there was shampoo and conditioner bottles though). Security gate never appeared to be closed so disturbed by noise the first night with people hanging around the rooms/car park.

The room was old dirty and needed a revamp . The TV only had one channel. The kettle didn’t work. It was a good kilometre from the nearest shop. Nobody could help with a taxi to the airport. In the end I had to bribe someone $50 to take me . It was a two minute drive. The restaurant was closed over the weekend. So the reason I booked this motel was pointless. Very very poor service.

Needs more lighting, 2nd bedside table. Parking needs to be more defined
