Quiet and comfortable hotel near Cincinnati
It was a great place to some sleep and get breakfast.
Front desk gave us a handicap room. We are not handicap. Told us they were gonna give us another room then refused to do it. Then they did not give us a receipt when we checked out this morning. It was the worst experience by a hotel staff Ive ever encountered in 40 years of traveling. I am going to contact corporate headquarters and share my experience !
We had a great 5 night stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Erlanger, Kentucky. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was great. The employees were very friendly. The supervisor Chetan was very personable and was always busy doing something. He took care of the breakfast area because the employee that normally handles it was off for a while. He was constantly filling up the items as they got low and cleaning the area. If you asked him for help with anything, he was more than willing to help out. He was always smiling and asking us how we were doing each day. We think Wingate is very lucky to have an employee that is so conscientious and really Cares about the hotel. There were many items to choose from at the breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea and juices. As I mentioned, it was always kept full and clean. The pool was nice and never had anybody in it when we were in it. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, although I always travel with my own pillow just to be safe. I thought the lighting could be a little better in the rooms, although there were plenty of lights. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel was close to the interstate. There are many restaurants located 1 to 3 miles away. It was very enjoyable.

Everything was fine until breakfast. Eggs sausage, and gravy were all cold. I don't think the heat was on and there was no one around to tell or tocheck out
