Owner very friendly Room was spacious, clean and tidy There was bug spray under sink - this came in handy for the pesky sandflies - good touch to have it on hand Having own transport makes it close to shops View of mountains would be lovely on a clear, sunny day and even though this was not the case for us it was still a nice view Good kitchen and equipment to cook with - supplied kitchen paper towels, milk and salt and pepper very appreciative of this Nil noise heard from traffic as far enough away from road - quiet location Parking space was right next to accommodation, perfect

Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but cannot fault the bedding as this was clean and well presented Room had a smell to it, old cupboard smell - BUT- it was certainly clean so we were able to move past the smell and enjoy our stay and were grateful for all the other efforts provided with making it a nice place to stay

Spacious, well appointed, clean, comfortable. Great shower pressure. Great wifi.

Very little - it would have been good to be able mirror a device to the Tv so we could watch streamed content on it The loo seat was loose and slid around.

Lovely, spacious two bedroom apartment with amazing views of the mountains. Easy drive into Franz Josef and children enjoyed the onsite trampoline!

Proximity to all the nature walks to view the glacier. Comfortable cabins.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Lovely spacious living room, beds had heated pads underneath which were needed as it got cold at night, living room heater worked well, staff were very helpful as we arrived on a super rainy day, milk provided
