Villa Creole

Clean and comfortable room in a lovely lush garden setting. We could see macaws from our window and saw a toucan and an iguana in the garden! It’s in a quiet part of town, which we enjoyed. The pool was really big although we didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted as the weather wasn’t great. The terrace is quite big so we could sit out even in the rain. Delphine was very kind and helpful, and super responsive.

It would have been nice to have some basic crockery (a couple of bowls, plates and cutlery) in the room. There is no kitchenette but sometimes we wanted to make lunch or a snack from what we had in the fridge.

Property manager was very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave thoughtful assistance throughout my stay.

It’s a very nice villa with everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended. I plan to come back one day.

The lodging is located in a quiet section of town several blocks away from the main drag. The pool was a nice amenity, although given that it is the hot season, the water was quite warm. The bed was comfortable. The room was large and included a coffeemaker and mini fridge. The room was modern and clean.

I thought Villa Creole was more of an active hotel, with a functioning restaurant and/or bar. The place is for sale, and while I may have been able to ask to dine in the restaurant, it wasn't really functioning. Villa Creole is comfortable and clean, just getting a bit rough around the edges.

Beautiful and safe place which is maintained excellently by the friendly owners. Lovely pool surrounded by trees on which you can see beautiful birds of Costa Rica such as Macaw Parrots. Excellently located within walking distance of Main Jaco Strip.

The property is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with an amazing pool this is the place.

There is nothing not to like from Villa Creole.

We realy enjoyed the pool, the location is great and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The room is nice, a good kitchen and a comfy bed

The pool could use some shade during the day and light in the evening. The shower stream needs some improvement

Breezy common areas, including the pool. My room was spotless and beautiful with a comfortable bed, a coach I used more than expected and a stone shower in the bathroom. Just a few blocks from an Internet cafe and a fruteria with amazing fresh smoothies.

the walk to the beach and center is a little long but not a problem
