Very spacious room which even though it faced the main road (4th floor) was very quiet. Excellent air conditioning throughout. Great location. Seamless check in. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

Reception staff were polite.

The hotel is located next to one of the busiest roads in Bristol, so it is quite noisy. The building is old and badly needs renovation. The carpets are stained and dirty, the lighting is dim and uninviting, and there was dust under the bed. Room service also didn't make the bed properly.

The air conditioned rooms in the heatwave! The location was great - Cabot Circus shopping centre so close by and an easy walk into the Harbourside area

Light switch in our room - one switch for all, with no Individual side light switches. Non slip shower mats not supplied as default.
