Parkhaus ist inbegriffen und gerade danebenliegend; niucht egrade zentral aber doch ein guter Ausgangspunkt ums ins Zentrum zu gehen. Ein wirklich gosses Zimmer, wie erhielten ein Upgrade.

Alles ok.

The location was good, walkabout to Cabot.Circus shops and the centre of Bristol. Helpful reception. Initial impression of the room was good but not so much after our stay. Free parking with validation.

That our room was NOT cleaned during our three night stay. It was not cleaned even after we mentioned at reception that the room needed cleaning. No replacement of toiletries or towels. The air conditioning fan was noisy even on the lowest settings. The TV remote worked intermittently as the batteries needed changing. Bed was acceptable but as comfortable as expected.

We liked the free parking, and the size of the room was quite good. Front desk and bar staff were always happy to help with advice or anything we needed

The facility is quite old, EG lifts and bathroom needs an update. TV has some weird smart system that does not work properly and I needed to unplug the TV a couple of times as it just locked up and I couldn't turn the telly off!

Location was great

Breakfast wasn’t great. Reception on arrival could have been better.

Parking was easy as I had my disabled elderly father Good access room on ground floor Breakfast was nice

The back of the hotel was I felt, an unsafe area The cost of breakfast added to a 3 night stay was expensive & we were there celebrating my fathers 96 birthday, I thought the hotel would’ve left or given him something like card in his room or a free breakfast!?

The rooms are as expected, we stay here often and use it as a base when we visit friends and family staff are friendly and helpful.

I think the room doors could benefit from having silencers or some kind of anti slam equipment. It can be incredibly loud and the walls shake as guests come in and out. The floors could also benefit from insulation to stop the noise and vibration carrying when people walk up and down. On this particular stay there were children running in and out of rooms and up the corridor which generated a lot of noise which could be easily solved with silencers on the doors and the correct insulation.
